These terms cover the Saraan Seri Nusa web console, the SSN Employee app, and the SSN Manager app. By signing in you confirm that your employer authorised your account.

The service

SSN is a payroll and workforce platform. Employee accounts are for mobile self-service. Manager accounts may use web and mobile. Payroll calculation, statutory filings, and staff records remain the employer’s responsibility.

Acceptable use

  • Use only the account issued to you
  • Do not share passwords or attempt to access another person’s records
  • Submit accurate attendance, leave, and claim information

Availability

We aim to keep production APIs and apps available, but maintenance windows and upstream attendance systems (for example CoreConnect or Teros) can affect live data.

Liability

SSN is provided for authorised employer use. Statutory filings, bank files, and employment decisions remain the employer’s obligation. Nothing in the apps is legal, tax, or financial advice.
