Saraan Seri Nusa (SSN) provides payroll and workforce software to employers in Malaysia. This policy describes how the web console, SSN Employee app, and SSN Manager app handle personal data.
Who we are
The employer organisation that invited you is the data controller for employee and payroll records. SSN processes that data on the employer’s instructions to operate attendance, leave, claims, and payroll.
Data we process
- Account identifiers (username, email, phone used as a login identifier)
- Employment profile fields the employer stores (name, nationality, identity documents)
- Attendance, leave, claims, and related request status
- Device network requests needed to sign in and load your records
- Audit logs of sign-in and payroll actions for security and statutory review
How the mobile apps use data
The apps send sign-in and self-service requests to https://api.saraanserinusa.com. They do not sell advertising data, do not use tracking SDKs, and do not request advertising identifiers. Internet access is required to reach the SSN API.
Retention and sharing
Data is retained for as long as the employer’s SSN tenancy is active and as required for Malaysian payroll and statutory records. We do not sell personal data. Processors (hosting, email, storage) only receive what is needed to run the service.
Your rights
Employees and managers should contact their employer’s HR or Master Admin for access, correction, or deletion requests. Employers may contact SSN through the console support path. This processing is intended to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
